Deliveries and Shipping information

Orders are shipped within 4-5 working days after the amount is credited to the bank account / Paypal. Completion date for individual orders is usually longer - each time the realisation details are considered on an individual basis with the Customer.

I ship worldwide from UK by regular mail service (flat rate £5) or registered airmail with TRACKING NUMBER.

- Europe: 4-7 business days - £15

- US / Canada: 10-12 business days - £15

- Other countries: 10-16 business days - £15

Return and refund policy

With no compromise on the quality of our products, we always ensure that our customers get to enjoy the finest of our craftsmanship excellence.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your ‘not bespoke product’ or it is damaged or defective upon delivery you must return the item to GN Jewellery within 10 days of receipt of the items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches GN Jewellery. For your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please contact me via gn@gn-jewellery.com with ‘ RETURN’ in the subject. Please provide the information why the item is being returned, i.e. faulty, damaged, wrong size, followed by your customer Order Number. Please also indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed.

Bespoke pieces can not be returned.

I may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
