If you are not fully satisfied with your ‘not bespoke product’ or it is damaged or defective upon delivery you must return the item to GN-jewellery within 10 days of receipt of the items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches GN-jewellery. For your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
